Large idols above 3 feet: book by May–June 2026. Mid-size idols from 12 inches to 3 feet: book by July 2026. Small home idols: book up to a few weeks before the festival, subject to availability.

Deliveries begin roughly a week before Ganesh Chaturthi and are scheduled so your idol arrives one or two days before the puja.

Place the idol on a stable, level platform indoors. Keep it away from rain, damp walls and direct sun. Dust only with a dry cloth. Do not sprinkle water on the idol — clay softens quickly.

For home visarjan, fill a wide drum or tub with water and lower the idol in gently. Small idols dissolve in a few hours; help the process by stirring. Pour the clay water into your garden, plants or a soil bed. For larger idols, use the designated municipal immersion ponds and inform the volunteers that your idol is natural clay.
